Red Grouper Bone

Preparing dried Sole Fish Red grouper soup.

  1. Rinse the bones in water, and pat dry

  2. Turn on the heat on the wok, and heat it until its smoking hot

  3. Drizzle oil, and fry fish bones till golden brown

  4. Add scallions and ginger, pour water and keep the heat on high the whole time. When the soup is whitened, turn the heat to medium and continue boiling the soup for 10 minutes

  5. Sieve out any bones that may break during cooking, add a dash of Shao Xing Wine, 1 tea spoon of dried Sole Fish Powder, Pepper and salt to taste, and enjoy
