Fresh Ocean Trout 4.5kg

Ocean Trout, a close cousin of Salmon, is well known for its deep red-orange coloured flesh, which together with the white marbling gives the fillets a luxurious feel and rich flavour.

A delicate fish that is best slow roasted to perfection with vine tomatoes, or it can also handle pan searing to crisp up the skin for an extra crunch!

The Ocean Trout that you will be purchasing will be around 4.5kg gross weight (please note that there will be a variance of 10% for this item), before processing and packaging.

Fish will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
