Refund policy
Cancellation by Customer on products with no issues
We do not allow cancellation of orders by customers. Please review your order carefully before placing order. Once orders are placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any correctly delivered products.
Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item, please take a photo of the seafood products along with your order number and reach out to our team via the Chatbox to resolve the issue.
Quality Issues
If we noticed any quality issues during processing and deem the item not fit for delivery, we will contact you immediately to obtain approval for substitution (if available) or to arrange for delivery on another day. Refund will be made on a case by case basis.
If you noticed any quality issues upon receiving the items, please send a photo to our team via our Chatbox within 24 hours from delivery. In such cases, we will offer replacements. *Note: We have a no-questions-asked replacement policy for items with quality issues.
Other Returns
If you'd like to return the foam box, please inform us when placing your order, and we'll arrange a pickup during the next delivery.
