Fresh Tiger Prawn (26-30pcs / KG)

Sweet, with a tougher meat texture, and harder shell. Tiger prawns are great for stir frying, or grilling!

Many cooks still prefer to use Tiger Prawns as it turns bright red when cooked, which gives it an extra appealing edge! Steamed with garlic and ginger, doused over with hot oil as a finishing touch. Dinner is served.

The Tiger Prawns that you will be purchasing is based on 1kg gross weight, 26/30 pcs. we will pack into 4 boxes of 250g +/- each for you.

Prawns will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
