A versatile seafood that can be used in many cuisines, our squid has thick flesh which makes it perfect for steaming, deep frying (calamari) and grilling (bakar). The difference between good and average sotong is vast, and you’ll understand when you try ours!

Default processing will be to clean and de-skin the squid for you.

The Squid that you will be purchasing is based on 1kg gross weight, 6/8 inches. we will pack them separately for you for storage convenience.

Squid will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
