Red Grouper is well known for its fine meat texture, refined taste, and bright red skin.

It is low in saturated fat, and a good source of vitamins B6 and B12, phosphorus, potassium, protein, and selenium. It is also a lean source of protein and it contains omega-3 fatty acids like EPA, DHA (eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid), vitamin A as well as iron.
