Each bite is firm yet yielding — We use only the freshest, high-quality freshwater fish, Dace, giving the fish balls a clean, naturally sweet taste without any fishy odor. 

Try it! It’s not like the bouncy fish balls that we are familiar with in Singapore, where most are made from higher flour content than fish, containing very little actual fish meat.
