* Frozen Duroc Pork Belly 300g, Shabu sliced

We added our favourite Duroc pork to complete your seafood steamboat. This pork is sliced 2mm thick, and will be done after you say ‘shabu shabu’ as you swirl this in the hotpot. Great with our Shoan Dashi Pack and all your favourite seafood from Port65.

In my family, we start our hotpot with seafood, finish with pork, and add cooked rice and an egg to the rich broth at the end to make porridge
