Marble Goby is a freshwater fish, widely used in restaurants and banquets!

A fish that is perfect for both steaming and deep frying.

With a delicate, yet firm meat texture with a hint of sweetness in its flesh, drizzling a simple steam fish sauce on this fish is enough to bring out the essence of deliciousness (umami).

Our default processing method for this fish is Gilled, Gutted and Scaled.

Please note that this Marble Goby that you will be purchasing is 600/800g gross, before processing and packaging.
