Thawing recommendations:

• Speed thaw meat flakes under running water. (Recommended)
• Thaw meat flakes in chiller and use immediately once thawed. If kept thawed for too long the crab blood might turning blue black
• due to oxidation and whilst harmless, it does not look appetising.
• Do not leave at room temperature 
• Please cook meat flakes immediately after thawing
