Cooking Methods:
1)Hotpot / Soup: Boil from frozen in broth for 4 minutes.
2)Thaw to Pan-fry. (Minimal oil required)
Storage Method:
Blast frozen for better freshness. Store at -18°C. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and use within 3 days.
