Asari butter clams. Slow cooked with butter, mirin and sake, it is definitely a good appetiser to warm your taste buds.

Alternatively, Han Bin’s one course meal - Pasta Alle Vongole.

**A recommendation for safe thawing. Either seal in a plastic bag and thaw rapidly under running water, or thaw gently overnight in the coldest part of your chiller.
