Fresh Crimson Snapper 600/800g

Crimson Snapper is a farmed fish with a delicate texture, and boasts a nutty and mildly sweet flavour. Steaming it Teochew style or Hong Kong style suits this fish best. However, many would argue that grilling and baking this fish is equally good. Simply put, a fish that meets all standards.

The Crimson Snapper that you will be purchasing is between 600/800g gross, before processing and packing. 

Fish will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
