Chilean Bass is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These essential fats play a crucial role in promoting heart health, reducing inflammation, and supporting brain function. It is also particularly rich in vitamins B6 and B12, which play essential roles in energy metabolism, nerve function, and the production of red blood cells.
