Prized Batang that we specially source from Ujung Pandang! The fish is good for making fish soup, or simply pan fry to savour its goodness. We recommend slicing this fish for fish soup, fish porridge or even lightly coating this fish slices with potato starch, and pan frying them with ginger and scallions.

The Batang (Ujung Pandang) that you will be purchasing will be around 2.75kg gross weight (please note that there will be a variance of 10% for this item), before processing and packaging.

Fish will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
