Fresh Bakkafrost Salmon 3.5kg

This magnificent fish tastes like a cross between wild and farmed salmon, with the flavour and muscular texture of the former and the delicious, healthy fat of the latter. It grew up in the pristine sea lochs at lower density, hence the free-range characteristics and exceptional nutrition profile: 2.6g of omega-3 and 1320mg of EPA+DHA per 100g of salmon; high protein, vitamins B12, D, E, selenium, & iodine.

The Bakkafrost Salmon that you will be purchasing will be around 3.5kg gross weight (please note that there will be a variance of 10% for this item), before processing and packaging.

Fish will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
