Aoraki Smoked Salmon is lighter, purer; taking you to the ice-cold, fresh waters of  Aoraki/ Mt Cook origins.

We are proud to bring this product in as a 100% New Zealand Aoraki origin, with no artificial colours, additives, and preservatives. Gluten free, and may contain some small bones.

Hot Smoked Salmon is smoked at a much higher temperature than cold smoked salmon, giving it a beautifully flaked texture, and a delicately sweet smokey taste.

Serve it chilled on its own with buttered toast, a dollop of sour cream, and a hot cup of coffee as brunch, or party snack.
