Sea caught, the easiest way to describe this prawn is mildly sweet, with the taste of sea! Holds well during frying, and if you are deshelling this prawns, be sure to keep the shell as they make a mean prawn soup stock!

The Ang Kar Prawns that you will be purchasing is based on 1kg gross weight, 26/30 pcs. we will pack into 4 boxes of 250g +/- each for you.

Prawns will be delivered chilled from Thursday night’s catch, freshest possible!
