Understand how our partners take pride in getting the best for our customers.
White Pomfret is another species that is widely known in the pomfret family. An alternative to the Chinese Pomfret, White pomfret is known for its delicate white flesh and mild, yet pleasant flavour.
Port65’s partners knows the importance of quality. Hence, most of our White Pomfrets are air flown over from overseas, reaching us on the same day as it lands back at their port. They are packed in Styrofoam boxes, and only the same species (white pomfret) are packed together to prevent any bruising, or unwanted blood stains on the fish.
